Return and Refund Policy
BLNDRGRPHY is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Our return and refund policy complies with European consumer protection laws, specifically the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).


1. Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at sales@hunq.amsterdam within the 14-day period.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


3. Return Process

If you wish to return your product:

  1. Contact us at sales@hunq.amsterdam with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them to the return address provided.

Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied by us.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.


5. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Please contact us immediately at sales@hunq.amsterdam with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exceptions

The right to withdrawal and return does not apply to:

  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
