At BLNDRGRPHY, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Once your order is complete, we will process and ship it within 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we only ship within Europe.
  • We do not offer international shipping outside Europe at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location within Europe.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most shipments are delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note that unforeseen delays, such as customs processing or courier issues, may occur.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at sales@hunq.amsterdam within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
