Processing and Shipping Times
- Once your order is complete, we will process and ship it within 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
- Currently, we only ship within Europe.
- We do not offer international shipping outside Europe at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location within Europe.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most shipments are delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- Please note that unforeseen delays, such as customs processing or courier issues, may occur.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at sales@hunq.amsterdam within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
